We collect only the minimum needed to deliver your BOQ.

1. What we collect

  • • Email: to deliver the BOQ, recover orders, and send necessary service notices.
  • • Uploaded PDF: to generate your BOQ.
  • • Payment info: handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.

2. How we use it

Only to process your order, deliver results, and provide support and refunds. We do not sell your personal information, nor use it for marketing unrelated to this service.

3. PII minimization

We use only a normalized email as the identity anchor for grouping orders, building no extra account profile. Files and results are used only for your order's processing flow.

4. Retention

  • • Download links and generated results are kept ~30 days, then cleaned up.
  • • Uploaded source PDFs are cleaned up as needed after processing.
  • • Email is retained as an order record for after-sales and reconciliation.

You may email to request deletion of your data (except the minimal records required by law/reconciliation).

5. Third parties

  • • Stripe — payment processing
  • • Cloudflare — content delivery, Turnstile human verification
  • • Email providers — delivery and notifications
