Terms of Service

FFEBOQ.COM automatically converts interior design PDFs into FF&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ): recognizing products, matching real suppliers, estimating cost by material grade, and outputting a 32-column bilingual Excel. It is currently pay-per-project ($9.90/order) and supports PDF input only (≤50MB).

Prices in the BOQ are an “explainable estimate, not a verifiable quote” — modeled from public data and our cost engine, for budgeting and explaining to clients. They do not constitute any supplier's formal quote or purchase contract. The final purchase price is governed by the factory's formal quote (available via “Global Factory Custom Quote”).

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFEBOQ.COM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this service or reliance on the BOQ estimate; in any case, total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for that order.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: processing failures are auto-refunded in full, with a 30-day quality guarantee.
